Personalized 30-minute Hypnosis Audio Recording

Available for clients after your first session. If you would like to reinforce your ongoing development by using a customized audio file hypnosis specific to you, Kristin will develop and deliver this to the email address provided. She may first contact you with follow-up questions for focus and refinement to your wishes, but your order will be expedited as quickly as possible.

This order is for a fully customized hypnosis audio file. It is distinct from general files, and is developed for the individual. 

Many clients experience profound shifts after one 1:1 guided session, or a series of sessions. But, depending on the client’s unique wishes and goals, it may be helpful to reinforce gains with a customized audio file. This is not something that Kristin recommends for every client, but it is something that she makes available for those who request it. You know yourself best. • Clients going through a major life event, and perhaps feeling alone or adrift, may benefit from additional audio support to connect with their Higher Selves, and to feel grounded and self-assured.
