This audio file provides you with focused guidance in a 30-minute hypnosis session, beginning with centering techniques to quiet interfering concerns, and then moving into intensification of your energies and energetic integrity.
You may choose to use the file occasionally or frequently. Either way, it is probably best used earlier in the day, avoiding the last two hours before bedtime, because it could have an invigorating effect. However, let your own instincts inform you about when is best.
This recording is designed for inward focus. Care was taken to isolate the sound of Kristin’s guiding voice. No distracting music or sound effects were used.
(Development of fully customized hypnosis recordings is also available if you find that this would benefit you. But, please work closely with Kristin prior to making that purchase.)

This was so wonderful, relaxing, definitely grounding and empowering. I felt calmer more balanced and rejuvenated. I experienced everything that Kristin’s gently guiding voice took me through so soothingly. It reminded me of years ago when I so often in the Summer would lay on a big hot granite boulder after a swim in the cool running river below.
