Clinical Hypnotherapist and
Energy Progression Specialist
Kristin is a Certified Clinical Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, with advanced training and experience in Regression, Releasement, and Inner Family Systems, as well as Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Bilateral Stimulation, and Brainspotting. She is also certified in Energy Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Energy Boundaries, in addition to being a Reiki Master Teacher.
Recognizing the uniqueness of each person’s experience, life’s path, and personal goals, Kristin considers “the whole person” of each client, and is skilled in tailoring approaches to suit the individual. There is no “one size fits all”, and Kristin listens carefully to know how best to honor each client’s unique needs, views, and goals to achieve the right balance.
The hypnotherapy training received by Kristin Dietrick, M.Ed., CHT, through HCH Institute, has been approved and registered by the California Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, the International Board of Regression therapy, The Professional Board of Hypnotherapy, the California Board of Registered Nurses, and the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Her comprehensive professional background brings a broad skill set and experience base for supporting the growth of clients from all backgrounds, of all personality types, world views, philosophy, and personal experiences. Kristin considers it an honor to work with the empowerment model for all of her clients.
Community and
Caretaking
Kristin’s personal background is a blend of rural Northern California upbringing with that of the piedmont and mountains of North Carolina. Family heritage, friendships, and ongoing learning about the pioneering and “surviving in hard times” experience has developed in Kristin a deep appreciation for all caretakers of Mother Earth, and for all caretakers of each other. That is, it is Kristin’s view that we are to help one another as a community, as much as we are to help ourselves heal and improve, and that being good stewards of the land is part of this foundation. All things are connected, interdependent, and inter-supported.
In Kristin’s early career, she supported non-profit organizations in management, outreach, and fundraising, later moving into a role as the director of a family-owned chiropractic and non-surgical spinal disc decompression clinic.
Kristin has served on the board of several community benefit organizations, and always looks for efficient ways to actively “teach a person to fish” (not give a person a fish), with the goal of developing people’s long-lasting and self-sustaining empowerment.
Educator
and
Volunteer
Kristin’s career path has always focused on contributing positively to community. Her undergraduate degree is in International Studies, with particular focus on the relationship between the United States and Latin America.
Additionally, she holds several California Teaching credentials, and a Master’s Degree in Literacy Curriculum and Instruction. Kristin has formally served as an educator since 2004, while also supporting the development of other educators in traditional as well as home-based settings.
Kristin has served on the board of directors and volunteer panels for several non-profit organizations, and leads specially designed workshops for large and small groups. (Use the “Contact Us” form at the bottom of the page to inquire about tailored workshops.)
